Project: Learning Disabilities Centre, Llandudno
Value: £1,000,000.00
This was a challenging, constructed building in a densely populated area. Construction comprised piled foundations, with concrete groundbeams and pre-cast ground flooring. The remainder of the building was sustainably considered, constructed from a timber frame structure, external wall timber cedar cladding, recycled plastic roofing, high volume of insulation, aluminium windows and doors, recycled plastic/wood perimeter decking, ground source heating, solar panels to heat water, rain-water harvesting and specialist equipment.

This project comprised of traditional foundations, load bearing masonry, precast floors, slate roofing, slate walling, K-render to external walls, extensive specialist mechanical and electrical works.

Project: Dorchester Apartments, Llandudno
Value: £3m
This project required the building of 28 luxury apartments from load-bearing masonry over five floors, founded on CFA piles. The structure included undercroft car park, roof gardens and terraces.

Project: Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice, Conwy
Value: £1.5m
This project was a traditionally built sensitive construction comprising of load-bearing masonry, slate roof, specialist interior fittings and extensive landscaping works.

Project: Church, Llandudno

This programme of works on a Grade 2 listed building was supervised by CADW and comprised of re-pointing all stonework, complete renewal of cast iron gutter/downpipes, renewal of all roof leadwork, stripping off the roof and recovering using Welsh slate.

This construction project comprised of a two storey office block, with traditional foundations, steel frame, concrete floors, cladded roof and walls, including fully fitted out office accommodation.
Construction period: 36 weeks.

Project: Beach Café Llanddulas
Value: £150,000
This project comprised of demolition works of an existing building, and rebuilding the new café off the existing concrete slab. Internally the slate roof is supported by 'king post' trusses, the finishes comprised slate flooring, oak joinery. Together with external works and drainage.

This project combined an existing house refurbished and extended to form a garden room, with bifold aluminium doors, underfloor heating, and new kitchen areas, including a wet room.
